What are the shipping costs?

Australia:

Standard delivery is $9.70AUD (Sent via Australia Post allow, 3-7 business days once item is dispatched)

Express delivery is $12.70AUD (Sent via Australia Post, allow 1-3 business days for delivery once dispatched)

Free delivery on orders over $100AUD (see Standard delivery conditions)

Please allow extra days for delivery to rural areas.

 

New Zealand:

Standard delivery is $17.90AUD (via Australia Post, allow 7-10 business days once dispatched)

Express delivery is $32.90AUD (Sent via Australia Post, allow 3-5 business days for delivery once dispatched)

Free delivery on orders over $100AUD (see Standard delivery conditions)

Please allow extra days for delivery to rural areas.

 

Worldwide:

Standard delivery via Australia Post Economy Air is $16.30AUD (allow 8-10 business days once dispatched)

 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We aim to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order if the item is already made. However, at this point in time items are made to order so allow a 1-2 week time frame for item to be made. Once completed the order will then be dispatched. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.

However if we are having a store wide discount or a new season launch due to the large amount of orders we receive our processing times can be longer and the expected time delay can be 5-7 business days. This normally happens once a month with new launches.  We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
